Bedroom 1 — The Primary Suite
Private King room with en-suite bathroom. Designed for whoever's calling dibs first — ideally the parents or the couple who organized the trip. Maximum privacy from the rest of the group.

King bedroom with share bath access with third suite. Comfortably sleeps a couple or two. Quiet end of the cabin.

Bedroom 3 — The Flex Room

The Deck

The Fenced Yard

House Rules — The Short Version

No smoking indoors. Fire pit and deck are fair game.
Pets welcome. Keep them off the furniture unless you've brought a cover. Pick up the yard.
Hot tub: shower before use, no glass in the tub. We keep it clean — please help us keep it that way.
Quiet hours: 10 PM. The neighbors are good people; let's keep it that way.
Check-out checklist is minimal and posted on the fridge. Dishes in the dishwasher and trash to the can — that's it.
